Teltronic PR-280 programming help

Hi,

i try to programm a PR-280, the problem is that i can not get the radio to receive any traffic on a channel, after releasing PTT i can see a speaker symbol in the display and I can hear all traffic on the channel, but after a few seconds of silence on the channel the speaker symbol goes off and I can hear nothing untill I press PTT again. So please tell me what I have toprogramm that I always have the speaker in the Display so that I can monitor all traffic on the channel.
